Reggie Joiner
Reggie is the founder and CEO of the reThink Group, a nonprofit organization providing resources and training to help churches maximize their influence on the spiritual growth of the next generation. Reggie was also one of the founding pastors of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Reggie is the co-author of Seven Practices of Effective Ministries and the author of Think Orange: Imagine the Impact When Church and Family Collide. Think Orange encapsulates Joiner's philosophy and practice of family ministry of combining the strengths of family and church to capture the hearts and minds of the next generation.

Sheryl Grunwald
Sheryl is the International Training Director for Kidzana Ministries, a missionary organization focused on equipping people around the world to reach and disciple children. Her life has been devoted to kids, first as an elementary school teacher, as a children's pastor for 13 years, and now training children's workers globally. She has trained children's leaders in 13 countries across Africa and Asia and loves to share with people back home the amazing things God is doing around the world.

Carey Nieuwhof
Carey is the lead pastor of Connexus Community Church, a multi-campus church north of Toronto and strategic partner of North Point Community Church.

Before starting Connexus in 2007, Carey served for 12 years within a mainline denomination, transitioning three small rural congregations into a new congregation that experienced significant growth. He and Reggie Joiner are co-authors of "Parenting Beyond Your Capacity", a book about Orange strategy for parents. Carey is also a frequent speaker at the annual Orange conference in Atlanta.

Incredible Living
Karen Van Riesen and Betty Good are professional life coaches and facilitators of Leading From Your Strengths® online assessments. Being educators, their imagination naturally gravitated toward children. The result was an interactive adventure for kids called Incredible Creatures, soon to be released in a family version. Their vision is to build Christ-centered self esteem in children and help family members value each others' strengths.

Cynthia Phillips
Cynthia has been in children's ministry for over 20 years. She is a high energy leader with a passion for making Christ real to kids! She understands budget restraints, volunteer shortages, and ministry overload. Her passion is contagious and she is serious about making Heaven CROWDED! She speaks across North America at conferences, camps and other crazy settings. She is excited to be coming to Infusion and excited about what God will say to each of us during the conference.

Jeff Harmon
Jeff is Associate Pastor at Bethesda Church in Edmonton, Alberta. Seeing the cultural pressures on 'tweens' today, Jeff not only teaches this age group at church and at camps, he also focuses on educating and training parents and leaders to shape and guard the faith of this vulnerable age group. Jeff speaks at seminars, colleges, churches and conferences across Canada. Whether in training or in Sunday ministry, Jeff has both a relevant and contagious style of teaching.

David Friesen
David's passion is to see kids explore and discover the wonder of God. He has served in various cross-cultural training roles and has helped to develop themed environments for a number of conferences. Over the last few years his focus has been engaging kids through the development of a multi-sensory learning environment and providing families an opportunity to grow in their faith together. David is the Pastor of Children and Family Ministries at Brentview Baptist Church in Calgary, Alberta.

Cara Martens
Cara has a varied background in education and ministry. She enjoys learning and working alongside kids, adults and families. For many years, Cara served as the early childhood director at Irving Bible Church where she also led the church's initiative to reach more families. Currently, she is a researcher and creative contributor, writer and developer for many projects at The reThink Group. Cara lives in Flower Mound, Texas.
