Can I register a group?
Yes, although we do not offer reduced group rates (due to our already low reg fees), registering by group can be a convenient way to register. Follow the online instructions from the registration link to register your group for Infusion.
What do I do for lunch on Saturday?
Bag lunches (chicken caesar or garden chicken wrap, juice box, apple and brownie) for the Saturday of the conference are available for $8+gst. These must be prepaid and ordered on the registration website. Limited quantities of each wrap will be available. There are also numerous restaurants and fast food options nearby the conference facility.

The Hampton, located conveniently in Motel Village, is offering a special rate of $119 single or $129 double (plus taxes), subject to availability. This cannot be booked online. To receive this special rate please call the hotel directly and mention that you are attending the Infusion Conference. Rooms booked with the conference rate are subject to a two week cancellation notice. Please reserve by October 6, 2010 to receive this rate.
The closest hotel cluster to the conference is the accommodations at Motel Village. The Village is located near McMahon Stadium just off 16 Avenue and Crowchild Trail. It is only a few minutes from the Village to the conference. The facilities here range in quality so please check reviews and ratings from sources such as AMA, Expedia, or Travelocity to help you decide where to book. Another option is to stay at any hotel near the airport. There is a large selection of hotels in this area. It is about 15 minutes away from the conference.
What are your policies for transfers, refunds, changes and cancellations?
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you via email. You may transfer your registration online at no additional charge to another person through October 29, 2010.
Refunds (less a $25.00 administration fee per registrant) will be issued for cancellations made up to and including October 29, 2010. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process and will be issued by cheque regardless of your payment method. No refunds to your credit card can be issued.
After October 29, 2010 no refund will be issued for a cancelled registration.
Please be aware that conference schedule, workshops and speakers are subject to unanticipated changes or cancellations.
Can I change my workshop choices after I register?
Yes, you may change your workshop selections on-line through October 29, 2010 or after this date at the conference. Changes at any time are subject to availability.
